Do they cause allergies?

No. All of our pieces are completely hypoallergenic and free of lead and nickel.

How Should I Store and Care for My Jewelry?

Gold plated jewelry means that a layer of gold is attached to the surface of a base metal. At Royal & Co, we only use genuine gold in our plating.

We recommend giving your jewelry occasional breaks and storing it in a jewelry organizer. To ensure a long-lasting finish on your jewelry, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics – this includes body oils, lotions, sunscreen or makeup. We recommend taking off jewelry before showering or swimming.

How are they made?

The creative process begins with designers immersed in the art of ideation. They transform concepts and inspirations into detailed designs that become the basis of our magnificent jewelry. The use of high-quality materials is crucial, and each metal, from silver to copper, undergoes a meticulous process.

Alloy preparation occurs through casting, molding and rolling, where precise cuts shape the designer's vision. The finishing stage is an artistic dance with files and sandpaper, refining the surface of the piece until it reaches perfection. The final polishing adds the touch of shine characteristic of R&C jewelry.

Electroplating, a pillar in our materials mastery, is a crucial step in improving attributes such as shine and strength. "Bathing" in an aqueous solution of metals such as gold, silver, rhodium and graphite transforms the raw piece into a shining masterpiece.

When my order will be shipped?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of confirming the purchase.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

How Can I Modify/Cancel My Order?

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of any unused merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. If your jewelry does not arrive to your satisfaction, we will replace your order immediately and free of charge.

Returns are subject to a return shipping fee. The cost is calculated during the return process.

18k gold and white gold plated jewelry is guaranteed within 365 days or 1 year of purchase.

What is Your Return Policy?

We want you to love your ROYAL & CO products! Our business is built on service and quality, so if your order is not satisfactory, we will immediately provide a solution.
